Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.
