I live in Colombia and bought a gift for a friend of mine in Russia, although I was a little scared of using my credit card, I did it and was surprised by the good service and punctuality of the company. I received all the notifications and the picture of my friend with the gift. Very impressed! I needed to send flowers internationally to Poland and researched many sites prior to ordering from cyber-florist. Reviews from the other sites were not encouraging, but the many reviews for cyber-florist were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on them. Ordered flowers, balloons, wine, and cake yesterday to be delivered today. The site was easy to maneuver and ordering was easy. I received emails letting me know when the order was in-progress and done. The delivery was on time, and everything looked great (from the pictures I received from the recipient)! I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.
