I live in Colombia and bought a gift for a friend of mine in Russia, although I was a little scared of using my credit card, I did it and was surprised by the good service and punctuality of the company. I received all the notifications and the picture of my friend with the gift. This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.

I have used a lot of online flower delivery services but Cyber Florist has exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife (who is abroad with her family at the moment) and the flowers were in great condition. The customer service was amazing as well! My mother was in hospital when I placed the order. At that time I didn't know that she was in hospital, so I asked to deliver to her home address. As soon as I found out that my mom wasn't home, I sent the message from my profile notifying the company that my mother was in hospital. How I was surprised when an hour later I got the delivery photo in my email! They had delivered the gift in the hospital! My mother was extremely surprised and happy! Thank you!
