Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

Perfect. I placed my order from America to deliver to my fiance in St Petersburg, Russia and they delivered a perfect arrangement exactly as promised. Wonderful service especially with all the ignorance in the west making simply living difficult. Thank you for making my fiance (and me) very happy.

I want to thank all of you for this great service , I want to thank you for the happiness moments you give us! You are always the best of the best!

Ordered birthday flowers, sparkling wine, chocolates & cake only to have the cake not delivered which is very disappointing

I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. The flowers were the wrong color and not fresh. Cyber-florist made it right! They had the florist deliver a new bouquet, and my girl was thrilled with the new, still blossoming flowers! Another success story for Cyber-florist! Thanks to the whole team!

FIVE-STAR PLUS SERVICE! I did internet research from California before contacting Cyber Florist to deliver flowers in Spain. The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. I received emails and text messages responses in real time. Very professional and VERY APPRECIATED! The flowers arrived on time thanks again to Vladimer and Anna. A job well-done.

Today I sent my wife in Bishkek flowers and champagne and chocolates ...I wish to thank you on all your excellent service .. your service is the best I have encountered regards

Thank you very much for the wonderful service and selection of gifts. I often use the Cyber Florist company for orders to Russia, and all of the arrangements that I have every ordered have always been delivered on time and looked exactly as described. The communication with the team has also been very good. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!
