Flower delivery to San Martín

Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. The flowers were the wrong color and not fresh. Cyber-florist made it right! They had the florist deliver a new bouquet, and my girl was thrilled with the new, still blossoming flowers! I have used a lot of online flower delivery services but Cyber Florist has exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife (who is abroad with her family at the moment) and the flowers were in great condition. The customer service was amazing as well! Slava was attentive to all my questions about the time and delivery and any other questions I had to ask. I will definitely continue ordering from Cyber Florist the future.

Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! I am very grateful, and pleased with such prompt and thoughtful service and will most definitely use your wonderful company to bring happiness to my friends and family abroad!!!
