FIVE-STAR PLUS SERVICE! I did internet research from California before contacting Cyber Florist to deliver flowers in Spain. The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. I received emails and text messages responses in real time. Very professional and VERY APPRECIATED! The flowers arrived on time thanks again to Vladimer and Anna. A job well-done.

I used this site to order flowers for someone I care deeply about in Russia that is in a hospital, and it was the EASIEST process ever. After calling the 888 number a few times for guidance and speaking to a polite Russian man that spoke English, I ordered the 'Fancy' basket at 1421 CST yesterday, May 26. (I had to use an emailed link to pay instead of directly through the website, so don't be hesitant if this is what you also have to do. The man said it's because my credit card is with an American company.) The basket was delivered at 0905 this morning, May 27! I am SO PLEASED with the service, speed, and cost of this service. I will 100% use them again. I am so glad I took a chance and used this website. Now that I know it's legitimate, I may even do one of the more expensive options next time. Very impressed! I needed to send flowers internationally to Poland and researched many sites prior to ordering from cyber-florist. Reviews from the other sites were not encouraging, but the many reviews for cyber-florist were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on them. Ordered flowers, balloons, wine, and cake yesterday to be delivered today. The site was easy to maneuver and ordering was easy. I received emails letting me know when the order was in-progress and done. The delivery was on time, and everything looked great (from the pictures I received from the recipient)! Thanks for doing such a great job for this special occasion!!

Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

Fantastic service! It's always difficult to order flowers for delivery in a different country, even more so when there's a language barrier. I always try to find a local seller and buy direct, but in this instance it was too complicated, both with language issues, and payment options used in Peru that aren't common in Canada. I trusted Cyber Florist to bridge that gap, partnering with a local provider to complete the transaction. The arrangement was delivered the same day I ordered it, and looked wonderful. The personal touch by Cyber Florist of requiring me to confirm by phone the details of my order since it was my first transaction was an unexpected, but reassuring, touch.
