Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! The service was just exceptional, flowers were amazing and I was able with help of cyber florist to make a nice surprise for my mother on her birthday. I have never experienced such a great service. Certainly will come back for your services and will promote your actively in my inner circle.

Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.
