I used this site to order flowers for someone I care deeply about in Russia that is in a hospital, and it was the EASIEST process ever. After calling the 888 number a few times for guidance and speaking to a polite Russian man that spoke English, I ordered the 'Fancy' basket at 1421 CST yesterday, May 26. (I had to use an emailed link to pay instead of directly through the website, so don't be hesitant if this is what you also have to do. The man said it's because my credit card is with an American company.) The basket was delivered at 0905 this morning, May 27! I am SO PLEASED with the service, speed, and cost of this service. I will 100% use them again. I am so glad I took a chance and used this website. Now that I know it's legitimate, I may even do one of the more expensive options next time. Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! I am very grateful, and pleased with such prompt and thoughtful service and will most definitely use your wonderful company to bring happiness to my friends and family abroad!!!

Very impressed! I needed to send flowers internationally to Poland and researched many sites prior to ordering from cyber-florist. Reviews from the other sites were not encouraging, but the many reviews for cyber-florist were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on them. Ordered flowers, balloons, wine, and cake yesterday to be delivered today. The site was easy to maneuver and ordering was easy. I received emails letting me know when the order was in-progress and done. The delivery was on time, and everything looked great (from the pictures I received from the recipient)! Thanks for doing such a great job for this special occasion!!

This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.
