I live in Colombia and bought a gift for a friend of mine in Russia, although I was a little scared of using my credit card, I did it and was surprised by the good service and punctuality of the company. I received all the notifications and the picture of my friend with the gift. FIVE-STAR PLUS SERVICE! I did internet research from California before contacting Cyber Florist to deliver flowers in Spain. The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. I received emails and text messages responses in real time. Very professional and VERY APPRECIATED! The flowers arrived on time thanks again to Vladimer and Anna. A job well-done.

Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

The flower shop(s) that has completed the work, has not only made the the flower arrangements special, but there unique touch from time to time, including hand written messages on specially decorated cards, has made each order a joy to discover. There have been many orders, but with every one, the flowers have been of good quality and very fresh. And their delivery drivers, completely changing directions and cities, sometimes, to get the flowers to where ever Albina was, because she had already left the house. It is a bit unsettling to be ordering flowers from the other side of the world and risk a terrible outcome, because that special moment can not be replayed. However your team of people have made it reassuring to order, knowing the best possible outcome, will always be achieved. Of course the biggest indication that you are being successful, is the smiles you have brought to Albina’s face with every delivery. She has been impressed with each one. For all of this, and for all of you, a really big THANK YOU. I love and miss Albina dearly, and you have helped me show her this, time and again.

Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! I am very grateful, and pleased with such prompt and thoughtful service and will most definitely use your wonderful company to bring happiness to my friends and family abroad!!!

This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.
