I sent red roses to my wife in Moscow, Russia for her birthday and they were delivered exactly when required. I'm very impressed! The delivery guy called my wife to confirm delivery information and the flowers looked GREAT! I will definitely use this service again. 5 Stars!

This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.

I used this site to order flowers for someone I care deeply about in Russia that is in a hospital, and it was the EASIEST process ever. After calling the 888 number a few times for guidance and speaking to a polite Russian man that spoke English, I ordered the 'Fancy' basket at 1421 CST yesterday, May 26. (I had to use an emailed link to pay instead of directly through the website, so don't be hesitant if this is what you also have to do. The man said it's because my credit card is with an American company.) The basket was delivered at 0905 this morning, May 27! I am SO PLEASED with the service, speed, and cost of this service. I will 100% use them again. I am so glad I took a chance and used this website. Now that I know it's legitimate, I may even do one of the more expensive options next time. FIVE-STAR PLUS SERVICE! I did internet research from California before contacting Cyber Florist to deliver flowers in Spain. The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. Ordered birthday flowers, sparkling wine,chocolates & cake only to have the cake not delivered which is very disappointing

I have used a lot of online flower delivery services but Cyber Florist has exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife (who is abroad with her family at the moment) and the flowers were in great condition. The customer service was amazing as well! Slava was attentive to all my questions about the time and delivery and any other questions I had to ask. I will definitely continue ordering from Cyber Florist the future.
