Flower delivery to Coyhaique

Fantastic service! It's always difficult to order flowers for delivery in a different country, even more so when there's a language barrier. I always try to find a local seller and buy direct, but in this instance it was too complicated, both with language issues, and payment options used in Peru that aren't common in Canada. I trusted Cyber Florist to bridge that gap, partnering with a local provider to complete the transaction. The arrangement was delivered the same day I ordered it, and looked wonderful. The personal touch by Cyber Florist of requiring me to confirm by phone the details of my order since it was my first transaction was an unexpected, but reassuring, touch. Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

My mother was in hospital when I placed the order. At that time I didn't know that she was in hospital, so I asked to deliver to her home address. As soon as I found out that my mom wasn't home, I sent the message from my profile notifying the company that my mother was in hospital. How I was surprised when an hour later I got the delivery photo in my email! They had delivered the gift in the hospital! My mother was extremely surprised and happy! Thank you!

Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.
