I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!!
