I sent red roses to my wife in Moscow, Russia for her birthday and they were delivered exactly when required. I'm very impressed! The delivery guy called my wife to confirm delivery information and the flowers looked GREAT! I will definitely use this service again. 5 Stars!

I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. The flowers were the wrong color and not fresh. Cyber-florist made it right! They had the florist deliver a new bouquet, and my girl was thrilled with the new, still blossoming flowers! Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! Very impressed! I needed to send flowers internationally to Poland and researched many sites prior to ordering from cyber-florist. Reviews from the other sites were not encouraging, but the many reviews for cyber-florist were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on them. Ordered flowers, balloons, wine, and cake yesterday to be delivered today. The site was easy to maneuver and ordering was easy. I received emails letting me know when the order was in-progress and done. The delivery was on time, and everything looked great (from the pictures I received from the recipient)! I used this site to order flowers for someone I care deeply about in Russia that is in a hospital, and it was the EASIEST process ever. After calling the 888 number a few times for guidance and speaking to a polite Russian man that spoke English, I ordered the 'Fancy' basket at 1421 CST yesterday, May 26. (I had to use an emailed link to pay instead of directly through the website, so don't be hesitant if this is what you also have to do. The man said it's because my credit card is with an American company.) The basket was delivered at 0905 this morning, May 27! I am SO PLEASED with the service, speed, and cost of this service. I will 100% use them again. I am so glad I took a chance and used this website. Now that I know it's legitimate, I may even do one of the more expensive options next time.
