Flower delivery to Waimea

Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

This company is so amazing they delivered roses the next day from the us to finland and forget the chocolate box so i contacted them and the next day they delivered it with a apology and extra roses. Great service and fast , i will definitely be using this to every holiday or birthday there is.

I have used a lot of online flower delivery services but Cyber Florist has exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife (who is abroad with her family at the moment) and the flowers were in great condition. The customer service was amazing as well! Slava was attentive to all my questions about the time and delivery and any other questions I had to ask. I will definitely continue ordering from Cyber Florist the future.

Very impressed! I needed to send flowers internationally to Poland and researched many sites prior to ordering from cyber-florist. Reviews from the other sites were not encouraging, but the many reviews for cyber-florist were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on them. Ordered flowers, balloons, wine, and cake yesterday to be delivered today. The site was easy to maneuver and ordering was easy. I received emails letting me know when the order was in-progress and done. The delivery was on time, and everything looked great (from the pictures I received from the recipient)! Thanks for doing such a great job for this special occasion!!

I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. FIVE-STAR PLUS SERVICE! I did internet research from California before contacting Cyber Florist to deliver flowers in Spain. The delivery address I provided was incomplete and Vladimer and Anna from Cyber Florist went seriously above and beyond any expectations I might of had to deliver the flowers. I received emails and text messages responses in real time. Very professional and VERY APPRECIATED! The flowers arrived on time thanks again to Vladimer and Anna. A job well-done.
