Fantastic service! It's always difficult to order flowers for delivery in a different country, even more so when there's a language barrier. I always try to find a local seller and buy direct, but in this instance it was too complicated, both with language issues, and payment options used in Peru that aren't common in Canada. Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! Ordered birthday flowers, sparkling wine,chocolates & cake only to have the cake not delivered which is very disappointing

My mother was in hospital when I placed the order. At that time I didn't know that she was in hospital, so I asked to deliver to her home address. As soon as I found out that my mom wasn't home, I sent the message from my profile notifying the company that my mother was in hospital. How I was surprised when an hour later I got the delivery photo in my email! They had delivered the gift in the hospital! My mother was extremely surprised and happy! Thank you!
