How can you make an arrangement with brassica?

We wanted this bouquet to evoke thoughts of warm summer day in the countryside beside a small lake in the forest. Instead of wild flowers like camomiles and dandelions we add matricarias, yellow alstroemerias, and spray chrysanthemums. The arrangement is framed with aspidistra leaves that proved to be ideal for this arrangement.

The bouquet is arranged in a spiral. The stem of brassica is wrapped in floristic film. We did it so it would be easier to work with the flower. The arrangement is held up by adhesive tape and wrapped by a bow of matching color.
